GP office: attention to details in designing a workplace
Our studio designed the interiors for a real estate agency, we think that the extreme attention to every detail which characterized this office can help the employees to work better. The contrasts between different materials and colours, the light that bursts from the outside can galvanize or relax, depending on the case, the future sellers and buyers. Interior design positively helps in the evaluations of economic, time scheduling and feelings reasons.
GP office: a dream to realize
The office layout for this company in Pergine Valsugana consist of a waiting room, three offices, a conference room, a library, archives and bathrooms. The project was born by questioning the true nature of the act of selling-buying a property.
GP office: our project of interior design and construction
In the act of purchasing a building different psychological and practical needs meet and clash. The changing perspectives inside the spaces allow to understand the relationship between contrasting and antipodal concepts, such as cold and hot, made real by the juxtaposition of different materials like steel and wood, or by different shapes, like curve and straight lines.
The custom made furniture has been treated more like it was a sculpture and is made of oiled canaletto walnut wood or shiny white lacquered veneer. The bathrooms floor and wall cladding are made of resin in a white, lime green and orange shiny tone. The walls between offices are made of stratified, curved and manually lacquered glass. The stairway, the reception counter and the benches are made of oiled raw steel.
Designer chairs, benches, armchairs and some closet’s inside add a colourful touch to the working place. The underfloor heating and cooling, together with the ACV system provides a good level of living comfort.
